Not good condition and missing pages

the appearance of this book is not what is labeled, “good condition”. The book is barely holding together but I looked past that since it was a low price. Until I started teaching my kid, I noticed a page was missing . Looked past that one missing page, too. Until another chapter passed, missing more pages. If anything, it should’ve been labeled poor condition and much lower price
