I am not a typical reader of self-help publications, however, I took a chance on TEA. In a work environment that is fast-paced and ever changing, I found it very useful to take 5 minutes each morning to read TEA and prepare for the hectic day ahead. Unlike other books I have seen where the size and writing can be intimidating, I found this particular book to be very easy to read and manageable for the time I had. Most of the stories were appropriate to current life situations and I would recommend this to friends.

Mr. Sondhe has written a beautiful story that can help millions find their way to inner peace. As a yoga instructor, I found this book to be full of thought provoking quotes that I pass on to my students during our classes together. Have a cup of TEA and enjoy the layers if messages within it. Awesome Book! A Must Read...

I absolutely loved this book. I don't know what the people from Publisher's Weekly are talking about!? TEA got a good review in the Cleveland Plain Dealer and people were talking about it at the office, so i thought i'd try it. $20 bucks is a small price to pay for getting rid of stress! I love the stories, especially the one about the Prince and Murli in Chapter 2. Even after reading twice, there are several parts that I keep going back to to re-read. I get something different out of it each time that helps me. I don't know why, but this book has a real calming presence... It isn't a real in-depth novel, but that's why i liked it. It was really easy reading. The acronym of T-E-A was clever and has stuck with me. It has definitely helped me get rid of my stress!
