I liked this book very very much . I didn't even know what a doll hospital is. Now I know that you can fix dolls there. I wish I could have all the stuff in the doll hospital like wigs eyeballs and hats and shoes for dolls and cats .

Great Doll Story with Historical Info

My daughter Emily and I enjoyed Doll Hospital together. The two interwoven plot lines worked well. One tells the modern-day tale of Rose and Lila who live with their grandmother and discover her doll hospital. The other is the story the doll that is being repaired in the doll hospital tells about her history and how she came to be damaged. It's funny, but has sad moments as well. We were both sorry when the book ended. Looking forward to more books in the series.
