IT'S ALL ABOUT PASSION & CREATIVITY I was aked a question. What would it take to a great Chef? It's quite a simple answer I replied. It takes passion and creativity. When I commsume good foods, my eyes pop. When I taste fantistic foods it takes me back to my child hood days in the Bahamas. It the simplest of times, food were fresh, natural and prepared tastefully. My love of cooking came from my Leon Jehu Stubbs and my cousin Jennamae Ambrose. I could hear the whisle from my father beckoning that supper was ready when I am touch by a fantastic dish. For me this was the best of times and taste.
