Recipe book and pictures - all in one

This book has lots of old black and white photographs of Ireland in the 1800s and early 1900s. Also has lots of great recipes for authentic Irish cuisine, like Cheese Savory, Cockle Soup, Corned Beef and Cabbage, Yellowman and Porter Cake. Recipes are fairly easy to cook.

Excellent for both recipes and historical perspective

Highly recomend this book to anyone who enjoys Irish cooking or who simply wants a good look at Irish cultural history. Recipes are easy to follow and very varied.
