Action packed

Target for Abduction is action packed from the very start when Sheriff Deena Thompson stops a child from being abducted from a local mall. The action does not stop until the very end. FBI agent John Pearson heads up the team tasked to find a girl that was abducted six weeks prior to this. The case becomes personal when they realize that the Sheriff and her son have been targeted. This story has plenty of twists and turns, edge of your seat action, faith, and a touch of romance. This might be my favorite book in the series.

Can the past stay in the past?

I received this book as an ARC with no expectations of a positive review. WOW! Ms. Vaughan knocked this book out of the water. This is a story where the past and present collide. The past of Deena Thompson, Sheriff of Mercer County, and John Pearson, FBI agent with CARD, is slammed together with an abduction attempt that is foiled. No one would that this is just the beginning of an amazing ride of horror that Sheriff Thompson endures. Join this wild ride that I devowered in one setting. It is an intense read that had me keep turning the pages.
