How do two villages overcome their problems and make peace not war? "The apples are gone. The apples are gone." The villagers of Tapuchim cried as they ran out to the orchard. Sure enough, all the apples were gone except for a trail of half eaten apples leading over the wall to the village of Dvash. "It was them. They took our apples." Shlomo siad. "What should we do?" "I say an eye for an eye. Let's steal all their flowers and bees." Then a small voice came through the crowd. "I have an idea..." This is the story of two villages, Tapuchim and Dvash, separated not only by a low stone wall, but by their differences. This poignant story demonstrates that together through cooperation, communication and sharing, we can create a happier world.
