This book is not a regurgitation of texts, but a distillation of my years of study and martial arts experience. You may agree with some of my ideas, or you may not; some you will not understand without deep contemplation. My goal is not to give you dogmas to adhere to, but to stimulate your thoughts so you can find your own truth, because everything you need, you already have.
