This DVD is defective will not play on my DVD player.

I tried to watch this DVD on Tanglewood friday. The first try let me in after five minutes of entering it. Then it kept stopping every few minutes and I would have to skip to the next chapter. This kept going on until it was rejected. The next day (saturday) I tried to play it again but a message kept coming up "DVD Reject - Remove Immediately. I wish for a refund in this purchase. Please Advise. Thank You.
