I slid the door open further to step out, and heard what sounded like a loud thunder that shook the whole building along with the shredding of wood. I had no idea as to what was going on outside of this temporary safe haven that I made for myself. So, I turned to go back in, to hide from what I thought may be a robbery about to go bad. Everything seemed to move in slow motion for me, after that. I can hear shouting, but I can't make out what's being said. I huddle down behind the clothes and remained quiet. I could feel all of the commotion from the vibrations of the floor. I made up my mind, that I would remain here until this all blew over. Suddenly, the door flew open and made a loud thud that caused me to jump. Two minutes later, I felt a hard object poking me and the clothes surrounding the area where I crouched. Come out of there, Now I heard a voice yell.
