Valuable and Vital

They are subjects we don't like to discuss, yet they are vital to our well-being. Psychological harrassment and violence in the workplace are commonplace, and it's imperative that we deal with them. Frema Engel does a brilliant job of explaining the problems, through easy-to-read stories, and offers powerful solutions. This book should be on every manager's desk. A must read.
