But, other some psychologists or behavioral scientists or doctors, they argue that formal educaiton ( school) training is not the main method to create any one super talent young person in our society.Otherwise, they also feel that non-formal educaiotn method will be easily to create or manufacture one real super talent person in our society nowadays. I agree the later professional groups' view point any more. I believe that the young person himself/herself free learningatitude factor is the most influential method to attract any one capacity within the young person to be one super talent person in society in possible more. The super talent young people can discover or seek whether what the real capability, they own in success. They have these same characteristics: They can spend time to attempt to seek whether what their talent capability may own in order to develop their talent capabilities. Moreover, they do not need any teachers to teach how they may discover their talent capabilities in success in classrooms. Otherwise, they accept to spend their extra non-schooling time to seek whether what kind of talent capabilities, they may own in habit. Because when they feel what kind of talent capabilities that they may own in possible, then they will have habitual behaviors to be creative and innovative to their specialized talent undiscovered capabiliities often. Due to their accumulative time creates and innovates and concentrate on learning their one kind of talent capability, then they can enhance their the ability of non-formal education learning experience method to create or upgrade or raise the kind of their talent capabilities easily.The question concerns: How do these common young people not need training method to create or innovate or raisetheir talent capabilities to become one super talent young person in success?
