Business is immensely rewarding yet extremely tough, rather like parenting. My purpose in writing this book is to encourage you that you are not alone in your daily struggles and the various challenges you encounter. Our business began to provide us the flexibility needed to work around our young family, and twenty years later it has matured into adulthood. This didn't happen without the inevitable growth spurts and pains, triumphs and tantrums, highs and lows.
