Hey you, take it off is a collection of truths and awarenesses that I have uncovered over the past few years of my self-care journey. Take it off is also a collection of images that I captured of some of the most beautiful women and children i have ever met. One of the key parts of my self-care journey has been the taking off of unnecessary baggage I had collected along the way. In this book I break down the healing process I went through to successfully overcome that area of my me-ish-ness.
