Perfect, "easy read" that everyone can benefit from.

I enjoyed this book so much. It won't overwhelm you with scripture, you may not grasp and easily relates our daily struggles with our present culture. I found myself, wanting more each day. It will make you laugh and cry. Excellent words of wisdom!

Each day covers a topic and has a prayer and a breathe, think, live section with questions to journal your progress. Full of biblical scripture and topics covering the unpleasantness of everday struggles, this book is an excellent read and guide
