For me, it means turning your intentions into reality. Too frequently we say we're going to do some thing, or even start it at the weekend we're lucky. But at the first sign of misery, fatigue, boredom, or busyness, we deliver it up too easily and take a seat within the garage for the rest of eternity (mentally, figuratively, or literally).

Completing what you start and following via is breaking through that not unusual loop and taking hold of your existence.
