Tailing Mulligan is a well-written, unique work. Skacel has created a brief and unintimidating aid for anyone, from employee to CEO, in a business setting. Because it is concise and written as a story, it is more likely to be read than any other dry textbook manual. Skacel's use of symbolic creatures conjures up images of people the reader has known or is currently encountering in the work place. The characters' experiences and lessons learned are easily remembered and applied.

I loved reading this book and find the communication lessons helpful to review again and again. The day after completing the book, I used one of the recommendations for communication and avoided a big problem. Tailing Mulligan really works!
