Good Taegeuk forms

Don't let Liggins review confuse you. I can use the names. This book does not contain the Palgwe forms (which is what he was refering to - I THINK - as the more common form). A book for Tae Kwon Do practitioners to own

The best way to learn forms is to train under a master's supervision in the dojang as often as possible. However, if one is looking for a text to support their formal training in the new forms, here it is. Enough said.

Excellent for learning

Excellent book. This book really helped me along with preparing for my Green belt. Now I am preparing for my blue belt, and hopefully will get it! With this book, you can really master your forms with the easy step by step instructions

Excellent reference book for all students of Tae Kwon Do

Literally hundred of photographs help the reader to understand all aspects of proper form. From the basics of stance, attack and defensive moves, the chapters continue into pictorial and written descriptions of every movement. Thumb-nail photos are used at the beginning of every chapter to give an overall view of a form, then each move is broken down with an enlarged photo and written description. A great book for anyone like myself who is testing for black belt and needs to review all the forms. I wish I had it earlier!!
