Szalay Takacs Secrets

Secrets is the inaugural exhibition for newly Archived Artists Judy Takacs, and Marilyn Szalay. This exhibition featured 14 works by each artist, done in their signature portraiture styles. Szalay was known for her energetic large scale charcoal drawings depicting her models in different states of psychological tension. Takacs is know for her Chicks with Balls series of oil paintings celebrating unsung heroines of the mid-west. The Artists Archives, located in Cleveland Ohio, is a regional museum dedicated to collecting the work of Ohio artists in order to preserve it for future generations.
