great introduction to systems analysis

this book was a text book in my psot graduate studies. this book is very good for beginners. It gives a good introduction to traditional systems analysis and design and how it compares with the new paradigm of object oriented systems analysis. for beginners this is one of the best books. readers intersted in more details can refer to books by Booch (object oriented analysis) and Ed. Yourdon (traditional analysis).the price maybe a bit too high....try the asian edition (for people who are in asia).for them this a best value money can ever buy
