This is my research work on the topic synthesis and pharmacological evaluation of substituted Pyrazolopyrimidine derivatives in the specialization medicinal chemistry, The field of medicinal chemistry has evolved from emphasis on synthesis, isolation, and classification of drugs to an increased awareness regarding biochemistry of disease states and designing drugs for the prevention of diseases. An important aspect of medicinal chemistry has been establishing a relationship between chemical structure and biological activity.This involves an identification, synthesis, and development of new chemical entities suitable for therapeutical use.
