A shy brother, an artistic sister

In this Regency romance, the hero is a 19th century geek, extremely absentminded. He marries a neighbor to save her family from financial problems, but then apparently forgets he's married. Meanwhile, his sister has artistic ambitions, in an era when girls don't do such things. All ends happily, of course. It's funnier than the average romance, but still romantic.
