Unique patterns and helpful text

Disclaimer: I havent actually made any of the books contents yet, this is just going off of having read it. This book is lovely for anyone intimate-wear obsessed ! There’s lots of cute and customizable designs and beautiful photography. The only thing I’m not a huge fan of is how a handful of patterns require already made items, like the notions will be “a slip dress, 1 yd of…” which makes it harder to actually use the pattern. Don’t get me wrong, I love upcycling vintage inteimatewear (thats why the cover looked so enticing to me: i thought this book would talk more about how to make it), but I was hoping to incorporate it myself where I saw fit rather than having a set way or list of items to find.
