Very good story

but I couldnt help but think that Mary was a little selfish to claim to love Sage and then leave him for a life that she knew would never accept what she had happened to her. And after all that she and Sage went through together, it only made me dislike her a bit more. But at least it ends happily, even if Mary wasted some time she and Sage could have had together.
