In recent years, consumption has increased exponentially, often without taking into account the environmental, social and economic damage, which will have an impact on future generations. On the other hand, various surveys show how connected society is, through their smartphones, consuming digital entertainment, especially on social networks and in videos available on the internet. So why not use this digital communication channel, based on videos and social networks, to sensitise people to sustainable consumption? This was one of my concerns when I started the research in this book, which is the result of my master's degree in administration from the Federal University of Pernambuco - Brazil, Postgraduate Programme in Administration, under the guidance of Professor Salom o Farias. The results were surprising, especially when I realised that people are aware of the harm they do to the environment, but that they don't make an effort to change their habits. At the end, I leave you with some suggestions for future research that could help change global behaviour, preserving our planet for future generations.
