Since 14 years old, I've struggled with anxiety and depression and began writing poetry. This book is comprised of a comprehensive and cultivated expression of the intra/interpersonal struggles I faced throughout my teenage years as well as the trauma I experienced as a child. If any of you read my poems and feel less alone, I have accomplished my goal. Poetry is a beautiful art form, and I'm finally ready to show my art to the world.
