Great problem solving book

I finished reading this book the day I received it in the mail. This book has large prints than most books do and it is rather very easy to read. The writer, Mark Breslin was involved with Union labor and he knows what he is talking about. Not only this book has motivated me on the job, but we're currently using this book at work on the job during our weekly safety meeting to try and motivate others. We're also using this to solve any kind of worker problems on the job. What a great book, highly recommended and worth it. I wished that I had read this 20 years ago!
