Dex Spraight is an ordinary guy until he takes his girlfriend to the airport. On the way to her destination, she accidentally calls him and reveals she's planning to see another woman. At a local bar, the bartender suggests Dex try dressing like a girl to get his girlfriend interested again. And it works!

Dex likes dressing as a woman so much that when the bartender offers him the chance to become a woman, he seizes the opportunity, even though it requires him to promise his first-born child. But there are soon unexpected consequences that lead to Dex spending a night with a handsome young athlete.

Before long, Dex finds she's pregnant with a child promised to the bartender who changed her. As she goes through all the changes and stresses of pregnancy, she has to find a way to keep her baby. But the only chance she has might be worse than the problem.
