48yr old female patient came to OPD with chief complaints of vomitings occasionally since 3months.

Vomitings - are occasional and bilious in nature and Loss of appetite since 1 month.

H/o abdominal pain since 15 days in infraumbilical region, dull aching type, intermittent, no radiation of pain.

H/O constipation present since 15 days, passes stool once in 2-3 days.

No H/O abdominal distension, jaundice, fever, weight loss.

Past history:

No history of similar complaint in the past.

No H/O DM, HTN, asthma, TB, epilepsy, CAD.

H/O of fever 2 months back for 1 week which is diagnosed as typhoid and treated in private hospital.

H/O hysterectomy done for DUB(dysfunctional uterine bleeding) 4 yrs back at piduguralla private hospital.

patient takes mixed diet.

Bowel and bladder habits are regular. Drug history:

No H/O intake of any drugs.
