Incomplete cleft lip- disruption with intact nasal sill area. Complete cleft lip- complete disruption of lip, nasal sill, and alveolus. Symptoms like facial deformity, feeding problems, nasal regurgitation, defective speech, basic anatomic deformity, psychologic and otologic disclorders, dental disorders and other congenital anomalies.
