In this book, Sura talks about the ways in which you can meditate and cultivate a regular meditation practice for yourself. It's full of short practice activities, questions, and affirmations that you can use to find the techniques that resonate with and work for you. Her approach is one of ease, intuition, and relaxation, so you definitely don't have to worry about things like not being able to sit still or not being able to clear your mind in order to meditate. She also closes the book with "Sura Flow Meditation Script" which is a great resource-- not only is it a complete meditation session unto itself, but it demonstrates her style and techniques in action. I discovered Sura Flow while already an experienced meditator and find her suggestions to be deeply refreshing and inspiring!
