Great book

This book can be useful to just about anyone even those not in a leadership position. Learning about awareness is always a good thing. However, my opinion is biased, the author is my father.

Important Book on Leadership & Self-awareness

I was lucky to meet the author in my mid-twenties; even luckier to later work for him at his behaviorial science consulting firm. Over 30 years ago, Dr. Farr helped establish one the world's largest and best leadership development organizations: The Center for Creative Leadership. His pioneering insights into the applied psycho/sociological aspects of leadership make this book a very practical and important book for current and aspiring leaders.
