Not "good"

I'm trying to get all seasons of supernatural and when 15 popped up I checked to make sure it wasn't from a library. Well low and behold it was and its junk. Two discs weren't even in their spots so they bounced all over in shipment and are scratched so badly they probably won't work. My daughter and I are watching them (rewatching for me) and I'm not skipping to season 15 to check. This was a very disappointing order. I know it didn't have exlibrary listed when I ordered. I also see 12 shows sometimes are exlibrary and then doesn't until you add it to your cart. Its shady and it should be very well listed as such.
