The Sleepover Friends love writing for the new school newspaper, but Stephanie dislikes sharing the Social Notes column with sneaky Karla. She keeps getting inside information first. Can the Sleepover Friends find out what she's doing?
I bought this book recently, as an adult. I have fond memories of the series and even fonder of the recipe for Mr. Greens chocolate chip peanut butter cookies! There is a differently themed sleepover for each sleepover friend, tips, recipes and other general ideas. I'd even say that this book although published in the '80s would still be useful in this day and age.
A great how-to-book for sleepovers with your friends

I wish I still had this book! Even if you didn't like the Sleepover Friends series (egad, are you schizo?), this book has some fun ideas, good games (FINALLY! The *rules* for Truth or Dare!), and best of all, some majorly yummy recipes. Some of the party ideas are a little too funfun, but overall, you can get some good ideas to answer that dreaded phrase with. "What do you want to do?" "I don't know, what do you want to do?"
