Commander Jack Emerick has just brought his squad home from a colony that shouldn't have gone quiet - and the things he saw there won't leave him alone.
Before he can process what happened at Colony #152, Earth Command sends him straight back out. A remote research station has gone dark: its AI offline, its orbit failing, and its parent star about to go supernova. Officially, Jack's team is there to restore power and save the station.
