Super magnetic poly amide nano composite for adsorption heavy metals

This book concerned the removal of cadmium Cd(II)and chromium Cr(VI)ions from industrial polluted water by using both the magnetic silica composites containing nano zero valent iron and its accompanying oxides, and using the same previous composites after combining them with polyamide to obtain on the polymeric composite of polyamide with magnetic silica composite. The adsorption studies of the prepared materials revealed the susceptibility of the composites, whether containing polyamide or single magnetic silica, to the removal of cadmium Cd(II)and chromiumCr(VI)ions from industrial contaminated water.
