A few good recipes I will definitely try but a lot of them had a lot of specific and specialty items

Purchased so I could have some preprinted recipes to meal prep. So there are no pictures (it’s all in black and white) which really do help in a cookbook. A lot of the recipes have specialty spices that unless you are Asian most wouldn’t have . But if you are you might really like this book. You might do better just going on Pinterest and printing out a few recipes instead of buying this book. Macro wise , it’s really good higher protein and it gives more protein options than just chicken and beef.
