Understanding any country politically, intellectually, industrially and religiously is not as difficult as understanding the Turkish Empire. This difficulty is compounded by the fact that it is impossible to understand one of these issues without understanding the other. This is the reason for the very different interpretations made by the travelers. For someone who knows nothing about the country and the state of its people, country is something that is almost incomprehensible.
Turkey is different from all other countries in almost every way. Its management is unique in terms of both its basic organizational principles and its management model. It is unique in its religious beliefs, unmatched in terms of educational conditions, and differs in moral and religious matters. We discuss the concepts of right and wrong accepted by Christian and non-Christian nations. These concepts form the basic principles of international use and shape what we call international law. It is disappointing to think that these generally accepted principles will be accepted in Turkey as the basis of international relations. Turkey does not recognize such a power in its empire.
