This book is a true account of a group of boys that became "family" on and off the athletic feild. The author did a fabulous job of retelling it from the adult point of view. Outstanding job Coach!

Once I picked up this book, I couldn't put it down. It brings me back to my little league days and the memories of old friends. The author has you laughing, crying and rooting for a group of friends and their coach as they battle through sports and life. Thank you for sharing a little bit of Ambrose with us.

I have read the prologue, epilogue, and the first few chapters and I already know this is going to be an inspiring read! Excellent work from a first-time author!

A story that will touch your heart and encourage everyone

This story took me back to my childhood and allowed me to relive my times growing up. Once I started reading, I could not put the book down. One of the best I have read and lived.
