This book has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FOODS OR COOKING OF UKRAINE

A significant amount of recipes are Italian; there are a number of American Southern recipes like a number of Barbeques. Recipies for Key lime cake, Balsamic Brushetta and -wait for it...Mexican Soup are included. Not one Ukrainian recipe anywhere. I was fooled. DON'T YOU BE FOOLED.
