Sufficient Grace is the story of how the timing of situations and events in our lives can affect us emotionally, spiritually and physically. The author shares how his family was impacted by infidelity, lies, mental illness, suicide and shame. It is a cautionary tale, emphasizing the importance of seeking and accepting help to work thru the trauma in our lives.
Recognizing that the effects of devastating events can reach far into the future, this book was written to assist anyone struggling with the effects of similar situations. God's plan for our lives is hardly ever crystal clear. In hindsight we are able to see that he was there all along. When we know him, we can trust him because he loves us.
The author lives in Cary, NC with his wife and children and loyal sidekick, Pepe, a lab-dachshund mix. His goal in writing this book is to help people experiencing the effects of trauma and mental illness.
