There are an infinite number of levels of consciousness in an infinite Cosmos and all exist because all serve a purpose in man's evolution towards perfection. Each specific level is created by that particular level of consciousness human being or any other species.

The perfect food is neither live food with all of its enzymes, nor eggs with all of the protein, nor fruit, which consists primarily of glucose and therefore does not need to be broken down any further, making it an instant energy giver and energy saver food.

The perfect food is the food that will afford the physical body the exact nutrients the body needs at the time; the greatest amount of energy because of its nutrients and because it is easy on the digestive system; leaves the least amount of residues which the body will have to eliminate; is the exact vibration that all four bodies (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) require at the time; is the perfect food for the person's current work and lifestyle. In addition, what is the perfect food for a person one day, may not be the perfect food for the same person the following day, because life is ever-changing and our work is not as demanding kundalini energy-wise some days as others. On a spiritual day like a Sunday, a light diet may be more needed.

The perfect partner (Ch. 2), spiritual community (Ch. 4) and concept and communication with God or equivalent (Ch. 6) is as individualized as are the foods. None are perfect for everyone. Each is perfect for the person involved according to his past and present life evolution and
many other factors.

We are all required to find the correct vibration for us in all areas of our lives. We are all required to find our level of truth. Usually Chakras 2, 4 and 6 occur organically without us seeking them out. The reality or truth that we are opened to by the Cosmos i.e. the one that crosses our path or with which we nearly instantly resonate even if we do seek it out, is the one which is the truth that we should embody and live.
