I recommend this book to any body who want to succeed in church growth

Good Book for Cell Ministry

I got this book on the advice of my pastor. It has been a wonderful book and I recommend it to anyone who is working through a cell ministry in their church. It is right on and full of good information.

How God may win America....

This book, from an obvious non-English speaker who is firmly in the Pentecostal camp, in nonetheless an excellent part of the material telling us about the G12 movement, which is building solid, Biblically based churches running in the thousands all over the world, including the United States. The movement, which borrows heavily from the Wesleyan Band & Class system, is still a good, and possibly the best way to build a church today. The leadership theories involved are good, and I am reading through the book a second time writing lots of things down. If you want to be the pastor of a large, healthy church, you at least have to give this book, and the G12 method, a serious look.
