This is an excellent book for anyone wanting to learn about this type of business, or starting one of their own. A lot of very useful information, very well written, and easy to understand. I would highly recommend this book to anyone thinking about getting started in this industry.

Successful Beverage Management is simply the best hospitality book I have come across. As a consultant to the industry I have read most of the titles listed on the subject and have found this to be the most comprehensive and useful resource book that I have read. Every owner and manager in the industry should have a copy of this on their desk- not collecting dust on their bookshelf!
