I have reviewed several Bible guides and found this to be the best one by far. When you want help locating a Bible story to back up a specific topic you wish to teach or discuss the topic index is superb.

Offers a useful springboard

With this book Frederick Garland provides a lovely service to students of the Bible. Sunday School teachers who want to find stories and passages that relate to the subject of "honesty" can quickly find ten relevant examples. Garland lists: Jacob misrepresents himself (Genesis 27:1-44), Moses gives Eighth Commandment "Thou shalt not steal" (Exodus 20:15), Jesus' visit causes Zacchaeus to restore all that he extorted (Luke 19:1-10) and more. Especially if an individual is not familiar with Bible stories, this book is an excellent guide.
