This paper will illustrate how Subetei Bagatur and his army fulfilled the promise of Boyd's OODA Loop and achieved victory at every level of war by disrupting or overloading the enemy's physical capability and psychological will to resist. The paper begins by establishing the legitimacy of Boyd's OODA Loop as an accurate model of human behavior. Boyd's theory is such an intuitive depiction of the decision-making cycle that few have delved into its credibility. Consequently, this section of the paper will validate the OODA Loop by comparing it with two models of human behavior. Then, it will analyze Boyd's theory, focusing on its roots and the ways, means, and ends regarding its application as a weapon of war. Lastly, the paper will examine Subetei, his army, and his campaigns through the lens of Boyd's theory to illustrate Subetei's strategic, operational, and tactical genius.
