Stumpworthy is dedicated to my grandfathers, the men who didn't have much, didn't want much, and were never given much. At this point in my life, I'm starting to think about those who helped make me the man I am today. Even though these men didn't raise me or wipe away my tears as a child, they are still a part of me. I still carry their burdens, fears, and joys within my being. This first collection of poetry is dedicated to the men who got up before the crack of dawn to work in fields. This is for the men who lived a life worthy of the stump.
