Some Decent Stuff!

I got this because its Wolf Marshall, whose been involved in guitar transcription and instructional books forever. It's packed with useful information for guys just starting out, but for more veteran slingers it's pretty redundant. Of course no matter how much you think you know there will be some little gems in here that you didn't. The major con I have is that it's from "A to Z"; "A" for "Amps, "R" for "reverb", "S" for "scales", etc., which comes off as contrived for the sake of a cool title, more than for the contents itself. A better book in this style is "101 Guitar Tips: Stuff All the Pros Know and Use". If you've been playing a year or two and feel like you're lacking some essential knowledge to be a better, more refined guitarist; I recommend both of these books as companions to each other. I guarantee you will learn some useful things. It's "Stuff" you should know.
