This is a collection of short essays, divided into three parts, God, politics, and miscellany. God is a collection of rants - irreverent prayers - to an imaginary creator, for all the mistakes he made in creating man/woman. Politics: I examine here such concepts as American Exceptionalism, Sexual Assault, and Family Values. I question in particular laws allowing slavery, which our forefathers condoned, which only a civil war resolved, and which the marks, in the form of racism, still persist; fair tax laws, without loopholes; drug laws, which our present-day politicians have foisted on us; unlimited money in election time and bribery in the form of lobbyists, which the supreme court has laid on us in the name of free speech. Miscellany: the miscellanies of life has prompted other essays; the human body, smoking, death, obscene language, existence, and such. I have reached the 'sell by' date - I'm 87 years young, and am consumed with curiosity about everything.
