This book is a foundational text that aids the Christian believer to journey through spiritual formation and educational process to be rooted and knowledgeable in the Word of God and conform to the image of Christ Jesus. It is fundamental to Christian calling and leadership development. As an educational tool, the book uses a Biblical text in the Gospel according to Luke (2:46-47) to propose a Bible study model emerging from Jesus' example. It discusses some identified key words ( Sitting, Listening, Asking, Understand, and Answer ) in the latter to demonstrate the importance of inculcating the discipline of STUDY in submitting oneself under the authority in God's Word. More importantly, the book shows how ministers and Christian workers can individually study to RIGHTLY divide the Word of Truth (2 Timothy 2:15) and offer wise responses or answers in any given circumstance. Finally, the book reminds the believer that, in all study arena, the Holy Spirit, who is the all-knowing teacher, is always available and ready to instruct, equip, and commission the Christian worker for the work of the ministry.
